printer issue? toner reset?

  Maybe you have this question too~
  My friend has such a problem:
     I bought a Samsung SL-M2021 laser printer and have figured out that I can refill the toner very easy......one problem though. They must have a chip in them to limit the number of prints. The printer is showing the toner is empty when in fact it's full. Does anyone know of a way around this? Is there a fix or trick or am I screwed into buying a new one every 3000 prints?

The reason: Because of the printer's waste ink tank is full.In fact, each printer has a fixed accessory life set.When certain parts reach their service life,The printer will not be able to print.As the continuous ink supply system ,It easy to formation the waste ink,So it is easy to lead the waste ink tank full.
Solution:
 1, you can go to the maintenance point to replace sponge on waste ink tank
 2, Use the software to clear the printer board to reset, in order to eliminate the printer settings.
    I think when the toner runs out ,you'd better to replace a new cartridge.You can choose to buy the compatible cartridges,it’s more cheaper than you to refill toner. Now i am using the EBY toner cartridge ,I think it’s good.☺

The printer goes offline and won't come back on/wake up

toner cartridge issue

Someone chatting me to help him,    he asked : I just replaced toner with a new toner cartridge. Printer works but still shows error message to replace toner. Could this be because I just opened and installed the starter cartridge that came with the printer? When I set the printer up I installed a new high yield cartridge. What can I do? I have unplugged the printer, rebooted the PC. taken the cartridge back out and put it back in several times. I did shake the cartridge side to side and I moved the cleaner for the wire on the drum. The answer:   This is part drum reset but as long as you follow the steps correctly it will clear the message of *Replace toner* (Be aware of step 5) Let me know how you get on. 1. On the printer, open the front toner compartment door. 2. The Printer display will read, “Front cover open.” 3. Press the “Clear” button. 4. Printer will beep and the display should read, “Replace Drum?” 5. This is the tricky part, ignore the replace drum instructions.
