EBY : The printer image quality degrading? The printed image is not clear？
Hey all,
If you had your printer for a little while now and despite it being a laser printer ,
and you always has been happy with its image quality ... Until it's recently started image quality not clear.
Two problems started to appear more or less simultaneously : colored pictures now have these 'stripes' and the toner at the edge gets literally torn off by the printer . I have attached some pictures to illustrate the problems .
Neither the manual nor the internet seem to have any suggestions about cleaning the damn thing , so you can ask me if you want to know that what up . Maybe I can help you to slove this issue .
method:
1) Clean the laser inside the printer, the mirror
2) remove impurities
3) Replace the drum or toner cartridge
4) Replace the drum contact or all the drums
5) It is best to replace the toner cartridge directly
I have found the streaking or banding is usually caused by the toner needing to be shaken. I don't print color very often and as a result the toner cakes.
Have you tried taking each cartridge out, including the black, and then tapping and shaking each side to side and front to back? If this way does not work, I suggest you to replace a toner cartridge. Now i am using this brand.I suggest you look the EBY on other way.
