Hey all☺,

 That's some printer's issue and reason.

16)Replace question:

What is the bottom ash? What's the reason of  produce bottom ash?

Reason:

The bottom ash refers to the misty toner was appeared on the blank area of the print.Charge roller dirty or wear; toner quality problems; Photosensitive drum fatigue; Environment was low temperature and drying; Print quality is not good.

17)Replace question:

What’s the reason of the irregular vertical black spots appear on the print medium?

Reason:

The sealing scraper deformation caused by waste powder spill;

The magnetic powder was accumulation  too much toner will lead to leakage.

18)Replace question:

What is a hollow word ? What's the reason and solution of the hollow word?

Reason:

The hollow word: The character or image are lack strokes.

The print quality are too light or too hard;

The paper was used the opposite side;

Toner itself problem , such as the toner melting point is too high or the particles is too big;

The magnetic roller coating is too thin or too old.

Solution:

Replace the printing medium;

Replace the toner cartridge.

19)Replace question:

What is the reason of the printer print vertical white tape (strip)?

Reason:

The toner is going to run out;

The light beam reflector was contaminated by carbon powder and other dirty objects;

The scanning light road was covered by foreign matter.

20)Replace question:

What is the reason of the printer print horizontal irregular white tape(strip)?

Reason:

The charging electrode wire was contaminated or the charging roller contact was not good;

Photosensitive drum surface light guide layer was fatigued;

The photosensitive drum was poorly charged.
