 That's some printer's issue and reason.

6)Replace question:

What are the reasons for paper is jammed? How to deal with it?

Reason:

The paper size is not suitable, the paper is too thick, too thin, the paper is moist or curly.


7)Replace question:

What is the reason for the wrinkling of paper? How to deal with it?

Reason:

The printing medium is wet.

8)Replace question:

What are the causes of black dots in print? How to deal with it?

Reason:

Charging roller, sensitive drum broken skin or adhesive;

Solution:

clean or replace the charging roller, the light-sensitive drum, and the fixing roller.

9)Replace question:

What causes the output to be all black? How to deal with it?

Reason:

The charging roller is not conductive; Scanning drive circuit have logic error; The signal connection is not connected

10)Replace question:

What are the reasons for the output of blank pages?

Reason:

Toner seal film is not pulled out;

Not shake the toner in front of the film, causing the powder is not flow smoothly;

Toner mask or cover is not opened;

The sensitive drum is not well grounded, and the conductive or toner cartridges connected to the machine are not well connected.
